With export info, ethanol usage and feed use all pretty transparent, it seems strange that the market can be &amp;#39;shocked&amp;#39;. &lt;br /&gt;Is this information available and the market doesn;t bother to collate it, or can, for example ethanol use boom and the market finds out about it until later?
